All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse. Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.  

Your tracking number will show on your thank you page when your order is placed.  A link to that page will also be emailed to you along with your receipt so you can return to track the package at any time.  

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. use the shipping estimator in the cart to check your shipping rates.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.However, if your item arrives damaged, we’re happy to offer a voucher. Please email us with clear photos showing the damage and the packaging upon delivery so we can assist you promptly.We always aim to ensure our customers love their purchases.
